What is Intuitively Fit 360 Coaching? How is it different from other personal training programs?
Intuitively fit 360 coaching looks at the entirety of who you are as an individual.
If you have ever tried fitness and diet plans, and found yourself not being able to stick it out or sustain the results, it’s very likely that that plan wasn’t built with YOU in mind.

In this program we slow down and focus on all the important areas of your life - like your patterns, relationship to health and fitness, stress and emotion levels, and your body’s cues around different exercises and foods.
